These are usually abstract shapes intended to illustrate common concepts: building blocks, stair steps, “sales funnels,” etc., or to visually explain processes or structures. If you search the web for “powerpoint 3d graphics,” you will find a number of downloadable “templates” for slides using a variety of relatively simple 3d objects: blocks, cones, pyramids, etc.
